Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and face-to-face client relationship professional to join our Commercial Banking platform at Royal Bank of Canada. The successful candidate will be part of a comprehensive training program that lasts approximately 28 weeks, providing a solid foundation in financial services.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored financial advice and solutions to commercial business clients
- Leverage sales enabling tools to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Apply a continuous-improvement approach to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Develop a needs-based sales strategy to grow revenue and deepen client relationships
Requirements
Must-have
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending and previous banking experience in a relationship management role
- A post-secondary diploma/degree in commerce or business administration, or related experience
- Demonstrated success in business development, particularly in acquiring new clients and prospecting
- Financial statement reviews and computer modeling and analysis experience
- Experience with emerging communications and technology
