Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and face-to-face client relationship professional to join our Commercial Banking platform at Royal Bank of Canada. The successful candidate will be part of a comprehensive training program that lasts approximately 28 weeks, providing a solid foundation in financial services.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored financial advice and solutions to commercial business clients
  • Leverage sales enabling tools to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Apply a continuous-improvement approach to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Develop a needs-based sales strategy to grow revenue and deepen client relationships

Requirements

Must-have

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending and previous banking experience in a relationship management role
  • A post-secondary diploma/degree in commerce or business administration, or related experience
  • Demonstrated success in business development, particularly in acquiring new clients and prospecting
  • Financial statement reviews and computer modeling and analysis experience
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology
