Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Prepare general ledgers and financial statements, providing insights into company performance.
  • Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare trial balances.
  • Assist with tax returns and other financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and financial management, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
