Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Digital Strategist to lead our paid advertising efforts and drive business growth for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with our digital designers to develop creative ads that speak to our clients' brand and audience.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for our clients, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience working on SEM and PPC for paid search and social ad platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and projects in a data-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build reports and present findings to clients.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually, dependent on experience.
  • Additional profit-sharing bonuses available after probation is completed.
