We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to improve marketing strategies and tactics
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform marketing decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud solutions
  • Develop and implement A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques to improve marketing performance
  • Stay compliant with CASL regulations and anti-spam laws

**Requirements**

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud
  • Strong understanding of email marketing challenges, including IP warmup and deliverability
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
