This job posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization, requiring an Administrative Coordinator- Child, Youth and Family Development to join our team of committed professionals.
**Job Description**
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to families and guests.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documents.
- Supporting Supervisors with program planning and implementation.
- Collaborating with managers to organize administrative tasks.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A college diploma or university degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in administrative duties and client customer service relations.
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR C certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
