At J.L. Richards & Associates Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Sudbury, North Bay, and Timmins offices.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in design work and project management, with a strong background in environmental, civil, process, or chemical engineering.

You will be responsible for managing and executing a wide variety of design projects involving water and wastewater pumping stations, water storage reservoirs, water/wastewater treatment plants, solid waste and biogas facilities, and providing specialist support to multidisciplinary projects.

  • Working directly with environmental engineers and other discipline team members as part of an integrated project team
  • Managing contract administration duties on multidisciplinary projects
  • Authoring studies, including Municipal Class Environmental Assessments and Master Plans for municipal water, wastewater, and solid waste infrastructure
