Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tejas Solutions. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and implementing solutions to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot computer systems and networks to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Implement solutions to resolve technical issues, including software and hardware upgrades
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer systems and networks, including hardware and software components
