Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President for Engineering to lead our engineering team at Simcoe Geoscience Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.Team Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.Objective Setting: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

Supervision:

Team Size: 16-20 people.Staff Areas: Staff in various areas of responsibility.
