Job Description

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business practices and operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in our compliance processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into business operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

BMO Financial Group offers a competitive salary range of $68,000.00 - $126,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
