- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, maintaining databases, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, judgment, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability, time management, and adaptability.
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at our office location. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
