About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Collection Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their financial issues, and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact clients to understand their financial situations and provide personalized solutions
  • Analyze client data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address their financial needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve their issues and provide education on their financial situations
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service and advisory experience in a financial services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingualism (English/French) to effectively serve clients who speak multiple languages
