Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Specialist to join our team at Cooperative Systems LLC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough network assessments using a standardized framework to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements within our technology standards.
  • Design, coordinate, and implement complex projects from start to finish.
  • Determine hardware and software specifications to meet customer needs.
  • Estimate project labor requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead onboarding projects for new customers and ensure a seamless transition to our services.
  • Ensure successful knowledge transfer to our technical team for efficient ongoing support.

Administrative Duties

  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and provide expert solutions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including logging hours, maintaining customer documentation, and utilizing our data entry system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers on project progress, changes, and outages.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Exert independent judgment in the best interest of the company.
  • Participate in company-assigned training and certifications.
  • Contribute ideas for new products and services that align with our company goals.
  • Provide after-hours support and project delivery as required.
  • Meet our service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of network and server environments, including Server Operating Systems, Virtualization Technology, E-Mail platforms, Cloud Services, and Networking and Security.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Office 365, including Teams, Exchange Online, AzureAD, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Professional IT certifications, such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP.
  • Understanding of network topologies, IP routing, switching, VLANs, 802.1X / RADIUS, VPN, WiFi, and more.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT consulting or managed services.
