Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Intelli Matrix. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Implement solutions to technical problems and provide training to users
  • Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
