Administrative Coordinator

At Ark Truck & Trailer Repair Inc, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. You will also be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, preparing operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

**Requirements:**

* 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
