We are seeking a highly skilled Process Operator Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for empowering our process team through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operating plans, procedures, and programs to drive process efficiency and safety.
- Cultivate a positive safety culture and ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and mentoring to Process Operators to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop strategies for team growth and development.
- Coordinate process staffing schedules and ensure seamless operations during night shifts and weekends.
You will work closely with Process Operators and Supervisors to achieve our goals. Our team strives to foster a culture of efficiency, safety, and collaboration, and we are looking for a leader who shares our values.
