- Staff Motivation: Motivate and support staff to achieve their best performance.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and oversee the preparation of reports.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Customer Service: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and conduct performance reviews.
- Work Environment: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
