About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the New Brunswick Regulatory College of Medical Radiation Technologists. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing and editing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and providing information as needed.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging travel and accommodations.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with computer systems and software.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office and database software.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
