Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Staff accommodation available
Work Setting: Our restaurant is a restaurant with a casual atmosphere. We offer staff accommodation and a competitive salary.
