Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Our fast-paced restaurant environment requires a team player who can work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be standing for extended periods and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
