Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food and service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and optimize stock levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a high level of energy and focus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
