Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-jurisdictional (Alberta and BC) hourly and salaried bi-weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees. Key responsibilities include processing ROEs and T4s annually, managing vacation schedules, tracking accruals, and administering benefits enrollments. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full cycle payroll administration experience, including experience with ADP WorkforceNow (WFN), and intermediate level MS Excel skills. A customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process ROEs and T4s annually
- Manage vacation schedules and track accruals
- Administer benefits enrollments
- Manage multi-jurisdictional payroll for 300 employees
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full cycle payroll administration experience
