Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-jurisdictional payroll for approximately 300 employees, including hourly and salaried bi-weekly payroll for Alberta and BC. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full cycle payroll administration experience, including processing ROEs and T4s annually. Experience with ADP WorkforceNow (WFN) is an asset. The Payroll and Benefits Administrator will also be responsible for managing vacation schedules, tracking accruals, and benefits enrollments. The role requires a customer service orientation, with the ability to respond to queries in a timely fashion. The successful candidate will have intermediate level MS Excel skills and be detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multi-jurisdictional payroll for 300 employees
