We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at A-1 WIRELESS INC. as a Help Desk Technician. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to our customers, resolving issues related to our business systems, network, and Internet connectivity.
Key Responsibilities- Research and implement solutions to customer problems by consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
- Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Provide customer service and support to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a help desk or telecommunications industry setting.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
