Job Description

This role contributes to Technology Operations' overall success by ensuring plans and initiatives are executed and delivered to support business strategies and objectives. The Senior Manager will work on various technology operations programs that meet technology goals, directly impacting financial performance, operational risk management, and delivery effectiveness within technology.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, results orientation, and a data-driven approach to decision-making are essential for this role.

  • Experience in financial management in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • An agile mindset with a focus on delivering business value associated with operations transformation
  • Strong analytical skills, results orientation, and data-driven approach in decision making (via KPIs and metrics)
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
