About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled retail professional to join our team as a retail store supervisor. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, supervising staff, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising;
  • Supervise and train a team of retail staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance;
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions;
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting budget targets.
Requirements
  • Possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field;
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • Have a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency;
  • Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle (for travel between stores).
