We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our finance team at beBee Professionals in North Bay.

This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
  • Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a bookkeeper or in accounting and proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.

Expected Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
