About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at 2214129 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Special Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by our dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision and workflow management.
