We are seeking a skilled and experienced line cook to join our culinary team at The Ranch House Restaurant. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about food preparation and presentation.
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
