The role of a Grill Cook at PBS Red Deer Ltd involves preparing and cooking a variety of meals and dishes to meet our high standards of quality and taste.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
This position is based in a fast-paced restaurant setting, where attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
