About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at THE RANCH HOUSE RESTAURANT. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all food is presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an asset.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, and willingness to relocate for this position.
