We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partner Marketing Lead to join our team at J.P. Morgan. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue-generating co-marketing programs with partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute co-marketing strategies with partners to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Relationship Managers, Business Development, and Marketing leaders, to ensure alignment on business priorities
- Use data-driven approaches to develop strategies for customer acquisition and engagement via partner channels
- Build and lead partner co-marketing campaigns to drive new merchant acquisition and brand awareness
- Segment partners into tiers and provide appropriate levels of marketing support
- Socialize program strategy and campaign performance to key stakeholders internally and externally
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Partner/Channel Marketing
- 5+ years of marketing experience driving ROI-based B2B marketing programs
- Demonstrated experience utilizing data-driven approaches to develop strategy from the ground up for customer acquisition and engagement via partner channels
- Strong strategic marketing and creative thinking capabilities to connect the Chase benefits to partner and merchants' needs
- Strong emotional intelligence to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and influence effectively across different partners and teams
- Proven effectiveness in presenting and influencing at the executive level and driving results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate, highly collaborative, and calm under pressure to manage rapidly changing priorities
- Strong sense of ownership with commitment to delivering high-quality communications under pressure and tight deadlines
