About the Role

Fuse Marketing Group Inc is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth in the financial services sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Leadership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client representatives, understanding their business needs and providing trusted support to drive growth and success.
  • Strategic Planning: Define objectives for assigned client portfolios and lead internal and external partners to deliver against those objectives, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
  • XM Program Development: Accountable for the execution and quality control of XM-first initiatives, from creative brief development to project completion on schedule and within budget.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage junior team members in design, management, and execution of local and regional events, in conjunction with integrated programs.
  • Financial Management: Review weekly efficiency reports, identify discrepancies, and attend monthly profitability meetings with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
Requirements
  • At least eight years of relevant industry experience in XM agency/marketing services, with a focus on financial services, sport, and/or cause XM experience.
  • Strong experience building and presenting strategic recommendations for live brand experiences/partnerships in collaboration with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and client service skills, with the ability to multi-task multiple projects and prioritize demands with quick turnaround.
  • Experience in leading, managing, and coaching direct reports, with demonstrated fiscal management skills.
