Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Site Management Professional to join our team at Newtech Renovation Inc. in Georgetown, ON.

About the Role:

  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure accurate tracking of project progress.
  • Supervise workers and projects to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Oversight of apprenticeship training to develop skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance job performance and adapt to new technologies.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure project budgets are met.
  • Evaluate and enforce health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure effective team management.
  • Purchase or requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading teams to execute construction projects according to plans and specifications.
  2. Maintaining a clean and organized work site to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  3. Managing resources effectively to meet project timelines and budgets.
  4. Collaborating with colleagues to address project challenges and opportunities.
  5. Developing and implementing strategies to improve work processes and reduce waste.
