We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator for Program Development to support the growth and success of our programs.


About the Role


The successful candidate will provide leadership support and direction, reflecting institutional and industry needs for specific program areas. They will take a lead in problem-solving and assume responsibility for administrative details and communication. Additionally, they will assist with faculty workload development and distribution; study and report on departmental budgets, office practice, and procedure; provide advice and assistance throughout the School to maximize efficiency; implement changes in systems and methods; and carry out various unique administrative assignments.

What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
