Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wok Box. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including cash handling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational and time management skills.
