Job Title: Manager, Community Experiences and Partnerships

At CBC/Radio-Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager, Community Experiences and Partnerships. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to engage with our communities and build strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote CBC/Radio-Canada's mission and values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Design and deliver experiential marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and oversee the development of community events, activations, and content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of community engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in community engagement, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful community engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written).
