Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients, expand existing relationships, and increase revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current on Scotiabank's products and services, including commercial lending, cash management, and trade finance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product specialists, and credit analysts, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Risk Management: Ensure that all client relationships are managed in accordance with Scotiabank's risk management policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial banking, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
