The Senior Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking is a key position within Scotiabank's Commercial Banking team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends and economic conditions, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and risk management, to ensure seamless execution of business plans and strategies.
- Risk Management: Ensure that all business activities are conducted in accordance with Scotiabank's risk management policies and procedures.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in business or economics, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
- Skills: Strong sales and closing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
