Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Credit Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial loans and credit facilities, ensuring that all credit decisions are made in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, including the completion of all necessary documentation and due diligence.
  • Operational Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with client relationships, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in business or economics or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong background in relationship management and business development.
  • Skills: Strong sales and closing skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
