The Senior Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking is a key position within Scotiabank's Commercial Banking team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Scotiabank's commercial banking products and services, including credit and non-credit solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in business or economics, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
- Skills: Strong sales and closing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
