About the Role

At Royal Bank of Canada, we are seeking an experienced Pension and Benefits Administration Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract for 12 months. As part of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our benefits schemes and group insurance policies.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our benefits schemes and group insurance policies
  • Liaise with third-party administrators to investigate discrepancies in employee records and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Prepare accurate documentation, including reports and correspondence, with a high standard of presentation and confidentiality
  • Work closely with the HR team and Payroll to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including employee demographic details and benefit scheme contributions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Prior experience in pension and benefits administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HR and Payroll systems, as well as Microsoft Office products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
