Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Osaka Hibachi. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing a kitchen team.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
