Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Katch Seafood & Pizza Bank. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
