Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Osaka Hibachi. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our restaurant's commitment to quality and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement menu pricing and promotions that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful menu concepts and promotions.
  • Excellent leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
