Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1432474 BC Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and train sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, receive and process shipments, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Maintain visually appealing store displays, ensure merchandise is properly stocked and faced, and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, track inventory levels, and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
