About the Role:
Groupe Ricochet is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing close relationships with clients, promoting our commercial offer, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish close relationships with clients through phone contacts and remote meetings.
- Act as an ambassador for Groupe Ricochet's commercial offer.
- Achieve and even surpass the set sales targets.
- Execute and follow up on opportunities.
- Prepare complete proposals and presentations for clients.
- Participate in marketing events such as trade shows.
- Use Oracle NetSuite ERP software for client follow-up updates.
Requirements:
- DEP or DEC in sales or any other related field or experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French) both spoken and written, as our clients are mainly English and French speaking.
- Experience in toy/leisure sales (an asset).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Meticulous in time management.
- Persuasive, motivated, and able to refute objections.
- Ambitious and proactive, results-oriented.

What We Offer:
- Base salary of $63,000 + commissions. Total salary of $70,000 to $85,000 in your first year. Our top sellers earn over $200,000 annually.
- No commission cap.
- A list of potential clients to contact from your first day (your territory will be exclusive).
- A training program upon your arrival, constructive support and guidance, and continuous training.
