About the Role:

Groupe Ricochet is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing close relationships with clients, promoting our commercial offer, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish close relationships with clients through phone contacts and remote meetings.
  • Act as an ambassador for Groupe Ricochet's commercial offer.
  • Achieve and even surpass the set sales targets.
  • Execute and follow up on opportunities.
  • Prepare complete proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Participate in marketing events such as trade shows.
  • Use Oracle NetSuite ERP software for client follow-up updates.

Requirements:

  • DEP or DEC in sales or any other related field or experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Perfectly bilingual (English and French) both spoken and written, as our clients are mainly English and French speaking.
  • Experience in toy/leisure sales (an asset).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Meticulous in time management.
  • Persuasive, motivated, and able to refute objections.
  • Ambitious and proactive, results-oriented.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary of $63,000 + commissions. Total salary of $70,000 to $85,000 in your first year. Our top sellers earn over $200,000 annually.
  • No commission cap.
  • A list of potential clients to contact from your first day (your territory will be exclusive).
