- Base salary of $63,000 + commissions. Total salary of $70,000 to $85,000 in your first year. Our top sellers earn over $200,000 annually.

Your Playground
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible of multiple clients. Our clients are primarily in Canada, so sales are conducted 99% of the time over the phone. The representative may need to travel occasionally for trade shows. At Groupe Ricochet, your ideas will be heard and considered, and you will be regarded as a key player. That's the advantage of working for a small business
- Establish close relationships with your clients through phone contacts and remote meetings. You will have a wide variety of toys to sell in chains such as pharmacies, hardware stores, specialty shops, and online stores
- Act as an ambassador for Groupe Ricochet's commercial offer
- Achieve and even surpass the set sales targets
- Execute and follow up on opportunities
- Prepare complete proposals and presentations for clients
- Participate in marketing events such as trade shows
- Use Oracle NetSuite ERP software for client follow-up updates
What We Are Looking For:
- DEP or DEC in sales or any other related field or experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French) both spoken and written, as our clients are mainly English and French speaking
- Experience in toy/leisure sales (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Meticulous in time management
- Persuasive, motivated, and able to refute objections
- Ambitious and proactive, results-oriented
