Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, labeling, and retrieving documents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as SharePoint and other technical tools.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
