About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ProAll International Manufacturing Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the industrial services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector, building relationships with key decision-makers and negotiating sales contracts.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and drive business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required, but a strong understanding of business principles and practices is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and other business software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
