About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ProAll International Manufacturing Inc. in the Green Economy sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts and building relationships with business clients to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Operations Management: Organize regional and divisional sales operations and plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership and business development.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
